Our Scallion Basil Blossom at @papadamournyc: lots of fresh scallions with Thai basil pinenut pesto wrapped in soft brioche, surrounded by flaky laminated brioche layers and toasted sesame seeds. My favorite way to eat it? Toasted up til warm, so I can rip apart those flaky golden layers.

The Ispahan Cronut®: inspired by @pierrehermeofficial’s iconic flavor combination of raspberry, lychee, and rose. Part of our collaboration featuring a trio of pastries celebrating @valrhonausa chocolate (don’t miss the Paradoxe Entremets with buckwheat and dark chocolate mousse, and an extra rich and silky Flan Infiniment Chocolat too). Berries & Pistachio Madeleine Charlotte for this weekend’s special at @dominiqueanselworkshop, as we celebrate our 5th birthday here in Flatiron! 🎉🇫🇷🍰 Our version of the classic French Charlotte cake, with pistachio ganache, raspberry compote, and vanilla Chantilly surrounded by mini madeleines with a hint citrus (instead of the traditional ladyfingers). All topped with fresh strawberries and strawberry jam to finish. Here on 27th Street Friday-Sunday only.

Our Egg & Tomato Croissant Bao: how we do croissants for Bastille Day today (and every day!) at @papadamournyc. Soft scrambled eggs with blistered tomatoes and vermicelli to soak up all that saucy goodness - inspired by the classic egg and tomato stir fry that’s a staple comfort dish in many Asian cultures - all on a fluffy croissant-shaped steamed bao. My favorite breakfast these days here at 64 University.

Hazelnut Pull-Apart Paris-Brest for this weekend’s special at @dominiqueanselworkshop to celebrate Bastille Day. 🇫🇷🥐🌰 Our version of the French classic, with fluffy choux buns filled with hazelnut ganache, homemade hazelnut praliné feuilletine, and caramelized hazelnuts. Pull apart and enjoy! Here in Flatiron this Friday 7/10 through Tuesday 7/14 for Bastille Day.
